As a Senior Technical Sourcer, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top technical talent for our organization. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere. We are seeking an experienced and resourceful sourcer with a strong background in technical recruiting and a deep understanding of the technology industry. If you have a proven track record of sourcing high-quality candidates, excellent research skills, and the ability to identify passive talent, this could be the perfect role for you. 

What you'll be doing 

• Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical talent needs 
• Conducting in-depth research and sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates 
• Utilizing various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and Boolean searches
• Screening and assessing candidates to evaluate their technical skills and qualifications 
• Building and maintaining a strong network of technical professionals 
• Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and engagement process 
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the technology industry 
• Collaborating with the recruiting team to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies
• Tracking and reporting on sourcing metrics and performance 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 
• Proven experience as a technical sourcer or in a similar role 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Strong knowledge of technical sourcing strategies and tools
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms 
• Excellent research and Boolean search skills 
• Solid understanding of technology roles and requirements 
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills 

Preferred candidates for this role are those who have extensive experience in technical sourcing and have worked on remote or distributed teams. Familiarity with engineering and software development roles is highly valued. Candidates with certifications in sourcing or recruiting will be highly regarded. We value individuals who are proactive, self-motivated, and have a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and sourcing best practices. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Senior Technical Sourcer. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
