As a Senior Strategist, Paid Social you will be responsible for setting marketing strategies, planning campaigns and creating content to maximize ROI across all paid social channels. You will use data-driven insights to understand audience behavior and develop effective plans for reaching potential customers.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and implement innovative paid social campaigns
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns
• Monitor trends in the industry and recommend changes to stay ahead of the competition
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as designers, copywriters, and web developers
• Monitor the budget and ensure that all goals are achieved within budget
• Develop insights from data to improve targeting strategies

Requirements:

• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
• Proven experience working in paid social media marketing roles
• Working knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager/ Ads API, Google Ads manager/API/GA360, Twitter Ads Platforms, Instagram Ads Platforms etc.
• Experience with A/B testing methods for optimizing ads
• Strong understanding of digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills

Preferred Candidates that are creative problem solver who has a passion for strategic thinking and can deliver high quality results under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate should also demonstrate an ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with other team members. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Senior Strategist, Paid Social. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
