As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving organic search visibility and optimizing our digital presence. What you'll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for organic search growth 
• Developing and implementing SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and drive conversions 
• Performing technical SEO audits and providing recommendations for website optimization 
• Optimizing website content, including meta tags, headers, and on-page elements, for improved search visibility 
• Collaborating with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and user intent 
• Monitoring and analyzing website performance using SEO tools and platforms 
• Keeping up-to-date with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure best practices are followed 
• Conducting competitor analysis and staying informed about market trends to identify new opportunities 
• Generating regular reports and presenting key SEO metrics and insights to stakeholders 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, with a focus on organic search optimization 
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors 
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools 
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions 
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development principles 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams 
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization platforms 
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment 

Preferred candidates who have prior experience in leading and managing SEO projects and teams, possess advanced knowledge of technical SEO aspects like website crawling, indexing, and structured data markup, demonstrate experience with international SEO and optimizing multilingual websites, showcase proficiency in using popular SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs, and hold certifications in SEO or related digital marketing fields. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Senior SEO Specialist. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
