As a Senior Public Relations Specialist, you will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive PR strategies to strengthen our organization's brand reputation and enhance stakeholder relationships. Your expertise in media relations, crisis management, and strategic communication will be instrumental in shaping our public image and driving positive outcomes. 

What you'll be doing 

• Developing and executing strategic PR plans and campaigns 
• Building and maintaining relationships with key media contacts and influencers 
• Creating compelling press releases, media kits, and other PR materials 
• Pitching stories and securing media coverage to enhance brand visibility 
• Monitoring media coverage and analyzing the impact of PR efforts 
• Managing crisis communication and providing timely responses to issues 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align PR activities with business goals 
• Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities 
• Tracking and reporting on PR performance metrics 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field 
• Proven experience as a Public Relations Specialist or similar role 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Strong knowledge of media relations and PR best practices 
• Ability to create impactful content and press materials 
• Experience in crisis management and handling sensitive issues 
• Strong organizational and project management abilities 

Preferred candidates for this role will have a successful track record in developing and implementing PR strategies, with demonstrated experience in reputation management and crisis communication. Experience in the industry related to our organization's field is highly desirable. Additionally, candidates with proficiency in digital PR, social media management, and proficiency in PR measurement tools will be given preference. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Senior Public Relations Specialist. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
