As a Senior Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping our product strategy and driving data-informed decisions. Your expertise in data analysis, problem-solving, and strategic thinking will be vital in understanding user behavior, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to optimize our products.  

What you'll be doing 

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and measure key product metrics and success criteria 
• Analyzing user behavior and product usage data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement 
• Conducting A/B tests and experiments to evaluate product changes and features 
• Developing dashboards and reports to track product performance and present findings to stakeholders 
• Collaborating with Product Managers to prioritize and drive product initiatives based on data insights
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities 
• Participating in product roadmap planning, providing data-driven recommendations 
• Collaborating with the engineering team to ensure data accuracy and integrity 
• Mentoring and providing guidance to junior analysts to support their professional growth 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Statistics, or Computer Science
• 3 years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a technology-driven company
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI 
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing 
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation platforms
• Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel 
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights 
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex findings to stakeholders 
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
