As a Senior Paid Media Strategist (T1), you will play a crucial role in driving effective paid media campaigns for our clients. Your expertise in digital advertising and data analysis help us develop and optimize paid media strategies across various channels.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and executing paid media strategies to meet client objectives and KPIs
- Conducting research and analysis to identify target audiences, keywords, and optimal advertising channels
- Creating and managing paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Optimizing campaign performance through continuous monitoring, testing, and data analysis
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align paid media strategies with overall marketing objectives
- Providing recommendations on budget allocation and bidding strategies to maximize ROI
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media advertising
- Generating reports and providing insights on campaign performance to clients and internal stakeholders
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members to enhance their paid media skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- Proven experience in planning, implementing, and optimizing paid media campaigns
- C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Preferred candidates have a track record of successfully managing paid media campaigns across multiple industries. They possess strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a deep understanding of audience targeting and segmentation. Proficiency in additional digital marketing channels and tools, such as SEO, social media marketing, and marketing automation platforms, is highly desirable.
