Seeking a seasoned remote Paid Media Manager with expertise in PPC, Google Ads, and Meta Ads/TikTok Ads. The ideal candidate will excel in managing search plans, conducting keyword research, and staying updated with the latest digital marketing tools. Responsibilities

• 4+ years experience in Search campaigns (PPC, Google Ads, Bing) and Meta Ads/Tik Tok Ads.
• Manage daily search plans, including bid recommendations, budgets, and execution.
• Conduct keyword research, analysis, and recommendations.
• Draft ad creatives based on briefs and website content.
• Monitor and report on keyword performance, ad spend, and pacing.
• Stay updated with tools and platforms like Google Ads, SEMrush, Adthena, etc.
• Generate reports using Bid Management Platform and Skai.
• Excel proficiency in creating pivot tables, graphs, and dashboards.
• Manage budget tracking and liaise with the Search Manager.
• Maintain account records, track reports, and handle invoice reconciliation.
• Attend weekly team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
• Implement A/B testing for campaigns and research competitor insights.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Proficient in paid social, search, display, and online video platforms.
• Independent team player with excellent communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills and client interfacing experience.
• Outcome-focused with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Eager to learn and grow professionally.
• Detail-oriented with a deep understanding of marketing metrics.
• Google Ads and Bing Ads certification is a bonus.
• Remote work experience handling US clients.
