As a Senior Director of Digital Marketing (CPG Client), you will be responsible for leading and driving the digital marketing strategy for our client in the consumer packaged goods industry. You will manage a team of digital marketing professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns across all digital channels. 

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, social media, email, mobile, and display advertising
  • Work closely with brand teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all channels
  • Drive innovation and stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure success
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytics, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and successful campaign execution
  • Work with external agency partners to manage budgets and ensure successful campaign execution
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including brand teams, senior leadership, and external partners
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to digital marketing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
  • 5 years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on consumer packaged goods
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRMs

Preferred candidates that have experience working with global teams and brands, experience with A/B testing and experimentation and great knowledge of the retail industry and/or e-commerce. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Senior Director of Digital Marketing (CPG Client). We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
