What you'll be doing

• Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to identify patterns and trends 
• Developing and implementing data models and algorithms for predictive analysis 
• Creating visualizations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver insights 
• Conducting statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to support business initiatives 
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation in data analysis workflows 
• Monitoring data quality and implementing measures for data integrity and accuracy 
• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization 
• Mentoring and providing guidance to junior data analysts 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field 
• Proven experience as a data analyst or in a similar role 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL, Python, or R 
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) 
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 
• Effective collaboration and presentation abilities 
• Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment 

Preferred candidates for the role of Senior Data Analyst should have a deep understanding of data analysis principles and possess hands-on experience in manipulating and analyzing large datasets. Knowledge of machine learning techniques, data mining, or business intelligence tools is highly desired. Strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and a passion for uncovering insights through data analysis are valued qualities.
