As a Renewals Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer renewals and ensuring high customer retention rates. Your strong relationship-building and negotiation skills will be instrumental in managing renewal contracts and upselling opportunities.
What you'll be doing
- Managing the renewal process for existing customers and negotiating contract terms
 - Proactively engaging with customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
 - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
 - Collaborating with sales and account management teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention
 - Analyzing customer data and usage patterns to identify potential risks and opportunities
 - Developing and executing customer success strategies to maximize renewals
 - Handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
 - Providing regular reports and updates on renewal performance to management
 - Contributing to the development and improvement of renewal processes and best practices
 
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
 - Proven experience in customer success, account management, or sales
 - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
 - C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
 - Excellent presentation and presentation abilities
 - Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis tools
 - Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 - Experience in managing contract renewals and upselling
 
Preferred candidates will have a track record of successfully managing customer renewals and achieving high customer retention rates. They will possess a customer-centric approach and have a deep understanding of customer success strategies. Experience in the technology or SaaS industry and familiarity with CRM software would be advantageous.
