As a Remote User Experience (UX) Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and user-centric digital experiences. Your expertise in UX design principles, user research, and prototyping will be essential in shaping our products and ensuring a seamless user journey in a remote work environment. 

What you'll be doing 

• Conducting user research to understand user needs and preferences 
• Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project goals and requirements 
• Conducting usability testing and gathering feedback to iterate designs 
• Applying UX design principles and best practices to enhance user interactions 
• Ensuring consistency in design elements and user interface across platforms 
• Analyzing user data and behavior to make informed design decisions 
• Staying updated with industry trends and emerging UX technologies 
• Communicating design concepts and ideas effectively to stakeholders 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, or a related field 
• Proven experience as a UX Designer or a similar role 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma 
• Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and usability principles 
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs 
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards 

Preferred candidates for this role will have a strong portfolio showing their expertise in remote UX design. Experience in designing various platforms and devices, including mobile and web, will be highly valued. Additionally, candidates with knowledge of front-end development and familiarity with agile methodologies will be given preference. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Remote User Experience (UX) Designer. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
