As a Remote Sales Closer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by effectively closing deals with potential customers. Your ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and persuasively communicate the value proposition will be key to your success. What you'll be doing 

• Engage with leads and prospects via phone, email, or video calls to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions 
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition and address customer objections 
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and revenue maximization 
• Follow up with leads and prospects to maintain relationships and nurture opportunities through the sales pipeline 
• Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies, share insights, and optimize the sales process
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings 
• Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management 
• Continuously improve sales skills and techniques through self-learning and training opportunities 
• Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) within set timelines 

Requirements 

• Proven experience as a Sales Closer or in a similar sales-focused role 
• Strong sales acumen and a track record of successfully closing deals 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively address objections 
• Persuasive negotiation and closing skills 
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently
• Proficient in using sales software or customer relationship management (CRM) systems 
• Familiarity with sales techniques and methodologies 

Preferred candidates that have a background in sales, preferably with experience as a Sales Closer in a remote work environment. We are looking for individuals who possess exceptional communication skills, resilience, and a passion for achieving sales targets. Experience in a target-driven sales environment, knowledge of various industries or markets, and familiarity with lead generation strategies will be highly valued. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Remote Sales Closer. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
