We seek a collaborative, organized, and positively charged remote Project Engineer. This role is for a premier outsourced IT vendor who knows how to design and deploy Azure cloud solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy Azure cloud solutions, with a primary focus on migrations
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements, guiding them on how to embrace the Azure cloud
- Configure and manage Azure services like Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking, and Security
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for Azure cloud infrastructure solutions
- Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest Azure cloud technology trends
- Identify opportunities to give customer environments a modern makeover
- Keep track of all work and time dedicated to our client’s projects.
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Great Microsoft Office Suite skills
- High technical skills and stellar communication and teamwork abilities are in your DNA
- You can make even the most complex projects understandable to clients and ensure positive outcomes through effective project management
You're Perfect for This Role If You:
- Can architect and deploy solutions across Azure
- Know the ins and outs of on-prem infrastructure components like MS Servers, Storage, and Networks
- Are a team player who thrives in scoping, planning, and managing tasks, big and small
- Have a creative streak that fuels solution-oriented thinking
Qualifications:
- Hold a relevant degree and MS certifications such as Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer, etc.
- Have at least five years of experience
- Can break down technical issues for non-tech people
- Have extensive O365 experience and a knack for solving very high-level technical issues
- Know your way around building and deploying servers
- Have networking experience in an MS environment and experience migrating on-premise servers to Azure
- Remote work experience handling US clients
- Excellent communication and English, written and spoken
We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious Project Engineer. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
