As a Project Development Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and execution of software projects within our organization. We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in software engineering and project management. This role requires excellent technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

What you'll be doing 

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define project objectives 
• Developing project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation 
• Designing and implementing software solutions that meet project requirements
• Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards 
• Conducting testing and debugging of software applications to ensure quality and reliability 
• Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders 
• Managing project risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies 
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer, with a focus on project development 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, C++, Python)
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices 
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools 
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 
• Strong interpersonal skills 

Preferred candidates who have a strong background in software engineering and have successfully managed software projects from conception to completion. Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management, will be highly valued. Candidates with knowledge of relevant technologies and tools in the software development industry will be preferred. Strong leadership skills, the ability to work under pressure, and effective communication skills are also important qualities we seek in candidates.
