As a Principal Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design and development of user-centered digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences that align with business goals. Your expertise in UX/UI design, design thinking, and industry best practices will be crucial in shaping the overall product vision and strategy. We are looking for self-motivated and visionary individuals who excel in remote work environments. 

What you'll be doing 

• Leading and driving the end-to-end design process for digital products 
• Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product goals and user requirements 
• Conducting user research and gathering insights to inform design decisions 
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs 
• Testing and iterating designs based on user feedback and usability testing results
• Establishing and maintaining design systems and style guides 
• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior designers 
• Keeping up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices 
• Advocating for user-centered design principles throughout the organization 

Requirements 

• Proven experience as a Principal Product Designer or in a similar role 
• Extensive portfolio showcasing successful digital product designs 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Proficiency in UX/UI design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD 
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent collaboration abilities 
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies and constraints 

Preferred candidates that have a solid background as a Principal Product Designer, demonstrating a track record of designing and launching successful digital products. We are looking for individuals who possess a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, can think strategically, and can effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders. Strong leadership skills, a passion for innovation, and the ability to mentor and inspire design teams will be highly valued. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Principal Product Designer (Remote). We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
