As a Junior Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of various digital projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. 

What you'll be doing

• Creating and managing project timelines 
• Facilitating communication between internal teams and clients 
• Tracking project progress and ensuring deliverables are met 
• Identifying and mitigating project risks 
• Providing regular project status updates to stakeholders 
• Ensuring projects adhere to established budgets 
• Leading project retrospectives to identify areas for improvement 
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously 
• Ensuring adherence to project management best practices 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• 1-2 years of experience in project management 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Excellent interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment 
• Experience working in a fast-paced digital agency environment 
• Proficient in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira 

Preferred candidates that have experience managing digital projects, content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal, familiarity with agile project management methodologies and good understanding of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.
