As an HMI Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing human-machine interface solutions for our software applications. Your expertise in HMI development, user experience design, and software integration will be vital in ensuring seamless interaction between users and our systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the success of our software projects and ensure the delivery of high-quality user interfaces. 

What you'll be doing 

• Designing and developing intuitive user interfaces for HMI applications
• Implementing HMI software components and features 
• Collaborating with software engineers to integrate HMIs into applications 
• Conducting usability testing and gathering user feedback 
• Optimizing HMI performance and responsiveness 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements
• Troubleshooting and debugging HMI-related issues 
• Conducting research on emerging HMI technologies and trends 
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in HMI design and usability 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Proven experience as an HMI Developer or in a similar role 
• Proficiency in HMI development and user interface design 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) 
• Strong understanding of user experience principles 
• Experience in software integration and programming
• Familiarity with HMI frameworks and tools 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment 

Preferred candidates will have experience in developing intuitive HMIs, knowledge of human factors and usability testing, and familiarity with web and mobile interface design. Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences are also desirable qualities.
