As a Full Stack Tech Lead, you will be a key technical leader in our development team, responsible for guiding and leading the design and implementation of full-stack web applications. Your expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies will be crucial in driving technical excellence and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. What you'll be doing 

• Leading the development of full-stack web applications from concept to deployment 
• Collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements 
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Architecting and designing scalable and efficient software solutions 
• Conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality and best practices 
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and performance bottlenecks 
• Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in web development technologies 
• Implementing and maintaining best practices for security and data protection
• Building and maintaining APIs and integrating with external services 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or Tech Lead in web application development 
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) 
• Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Java, or Python 
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js 
• Solid understanding of database design and SQL 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment 

Preferred candidates will have a track record of successfully delivering full-stack web projects and leading development teams. They will possess expertise in cloud computing platforms and have a deep understanding of web application security best practices. Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies and knowledge of containerization and microservices architecture would be advantageous.
