What you'll be doing
- Building and managing a portfolio of enterprise-level clients, nurturing strong relationships and acting as their primary point of contact
- Developing a deep understanding of client businesses, their industry, and pain points to identify opportunities for our products or services
- Conducting thorough research and prospecting to identify and engage potential new enterprise clients
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to develop customized solutions and proposals
- Presenting product demonstrations and effectively communicating the value proposition to key stakeholders
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the entire sales process
- Continuously monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities or threats
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports in CRM systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, specifically focused on enterprise-level clients
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions and influence decision-makers
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at various organizational levels
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a strategic and consultative sales approach
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and track activities
