As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will collaborate with the marketing team to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads. This is a remote position that requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently and meet deadlines. 

What you'll be doing

• Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns including email, social media, and PPC advertising 
• Creating and managing content for the company's website and social media channels 
• Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities 
• Analyzing and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns 
• Brainstorm ideas for new web content & promotions that will engage customers & attract attention of influencers 
• Collaborate with creative teams in order ensure the company message is being communicated effectively  
• Utilize a range of testing methodologies (A/B testing) in order identify which campaign elements work best 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing 
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite 

Preferred candidates that have experience with SEO and SEM, experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo and great knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Digital Marketing Associate. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
