Filled Positions

As a Cost Estimator, you will be responsible for evaluating project requirements and providing accurate cost estimates. Your expertise will contribute to the planning and decision-making processes, ensuring projects are completed within budget. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. 

What you'll be doing 

• Analyzing project specifications, drawings, and data to determine cost factors 
• Conducting comprehensive cost research and obtaining quotes from suppliers and vendors 
• Collaborating with internal teams to gather necessary information for cost estimation 
• Developing detailed cost breakdowns and preparing cost estimates 
• Reviewing and analyzing historical cost data to enhance accuracy of estimates 
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities and proposing alternative solutions 
• Participating in project meetings to provide cost-related insights 
• Communicating cost estimates and recommendations to stakeholders 
• Updating and maintaining cost databases and documentation 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field 
• Proven experience as a Cost Estimator or similar role 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills 
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools 
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities 
• Effective interpersonal and presentation skills 
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines 

Preferred candidates will have experience in cost estimation within the construction or engineering industry. Knowledge of industry-specific cost factors and materials is highly desirable. We value individuals who demonstrate a strong understanding of project management principles and have the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
