Filled Positions

As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and generating leads for our business. You will work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new opportunities, while maintaining a positive and professional image of the company. Your goal will be to schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team, and ultimately contribute to the growth and success of our business.

• Making outbound calls to potential customers 
• Generating leads and identifying new business opportunities 
• Qualifying leads and setting appointments for the sales team 
• Following up with potential customers via phone and email 
• Maintaining accurate records of all calls and customer interactions 
• Staying up-to-date with product and service offerings 
• Collaborating with the sales team to achieve organizational goals 
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures 
• Providing exceptional customer service at all times 

Requirements

• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Proven experience as a cold caller or telemarketer 
• Excellent interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills 
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software 
• High school diploma or equivalent 

Preferred candidates that have experience in cold calling and outbound calling techniques and strategies, HubSpot or other marketing automation software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools, strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Cold Caller. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
