Filled Positions

As a Billing Specialist, you will oversee the tasks of sending invoices to clients and monitoring outstanding balances to ensure each account is paid on time and in full. You will also help our organization keep track of how much money is owed and by whom, often managing numerous client accounts. 

What you’ll be doing 

• Support AP and AR on a daily basis 
• Oversee the customers subscriptions (prorations, customers changing plans, upgrades, downgrades, discounts, credit notes) 
• Manage client one-time invoices and deposits 
• Oversee collections, including pursuing down missed payments, retries (dunning), and customer communication 
• Oversee platform subscription payment systems 
• Review vendor invoices and arrange payments, employee invoices and stipends 
• Handle employees expense cards, adjust travel limits if needed 
• Processing and reporting deadline beater 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) 
• 2 years' experience in AR, AP or Billing 
• Superb MS Excel skills 
• Detail oriented and organize 
• Very good problem-solving skills 

Preferred candidates that have excellent accounting skills as well as deep organizational skills to accurately handle all of the incoming payments, outgoing invoices, database updates, and more that make up their day-to-day responsibilities. Candidates must also have the ability to adapt to change, and can work fast in an environment and must be amenable to work during US business hours.
