As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing processes for our organization. What you'll be doing 

• Generating and reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness
• Verifying billing data and resolving any discrepancies or issues
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and billing procedures
• Managing billing inquiries and providing excellent customer service
• Monitoring and reconciling accounts receivable
• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Analyzing billing trends and identifying areas for process improvement
• Updating and maintaining billing records and databases
• Assisting with financial reporting as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus
• Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related field
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Effective interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred candidates for this role have prior experience in remote work environments and possess knowledge of billing best practices and regulations. Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks or SAP is highly valued. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service are key qualities we seek. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Billing Specialist. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
