Filled Positions

As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing and building advanced applications for the Android platform. You will work with a team of other developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the application meets the clients' business requirements. 

What you'll be doing 

• Designing and developing advanced applications for the Android platform 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements 
• Debugging and fixing issues in the application
• Writing clean and maintainable code 
• Conducting code reviews and ensuring coding standards are met 
• Performing unit testing and integration testing 
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest Android development trends 
• Providing technical support to end-users
• Maintaining technical documentation for the application 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• 2+ years of experience in Android development
• Solid understanding of Android SDK, Kotlin or Java programming language 
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices 
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs 
• Proficiency in Git version control 

Preferred candidates who have experience with Android application development and demonstrate a great deal of initiative. A strong understanding of mobile app design principles and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies will be preferred. We prefer candidates who have published one or more Android apps on the Google Play Store. Good communication and collaboration skills are a must. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Android Developer. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
