We are looking for an Amazon Account Manager. This role is 100% remote working with fully distributed teams. The ideal candidates will have previous experience working remotely or with distributed teams across the US or internationally.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Setting and managing expectations with clients
  • Communicating with clients via email and video chat while being their primary point of contact
  • Strategizing on sales and marketing growth opportunities for clients
  • Setting up and monitoring Amazon seller accounts including account health KPIs and customer inquiries
  • Managing projects or activities from inception to completion with multiple team members
  • Developing and distributing data reports through Excel and various web interfaces
  • Working alongside ad and content strategists to achieve client goals
  • Building and communicating inventory recommendations

Required Qualifications:

  • Advanced problem solving & critical thinking skills
  • 3+ year Amazon.com selling experience
  • BBA or equivalent work experience
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • Displays professionalism in a client-facing environment
  • Capable of juggling multiple projects and priorities
  • Good Microsoft Excel and computer navigation skills
  • 2+ year agency or client-based account management experience
  • Advanced interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Team mentality and ability to work closely with teammates to achieve company objectives
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical abilities
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
